Refund Policy

Requestky does it's best to facilitate the quickest delivery possible by connecting orders with the drivers in closest proximity.  We aim to provide 100% satisfaction and will do our best to settle any errors in delivery.  If there are any suboptimal deliveries we will do our best to refund the client and encourage them to contact our office as soon as possible.
